Why Now: The 2026 UK and IE Payroll Inflection

UK 2026/27

From April 2025, employer National Insurance rose to 15% on earnings above £5,000. Personal Allowance is frozen at £12,570, basic-rate band runs to £37,700 and the 40% threshold sits at £125,140. Six million UK payslips will reflect these changes from 2026.

IE 2026

PRSI Class A1 rises to 4.35% on 1 October 2026. My Future Fund auto-enrolment launches 30 September 2026, enrolling around 750,000 workers. SRCOP raised to €44,000. Personal and PAYE Tax Credits sit at €2,000 each.

How do I become a founding category partner?

Submit the partner enquiry form, indicate the category and budget band, and we will share the founding partner pack and confirm slot availability.

What lead qualification do partners receive?

Lead tier T3 carries name, email, country, issue type, tool used, urgency, consent timestamp, source page and category interest. T4 adds B2B intent and value band.

How is data privacy protected?

PayslipIQ does not store payslip images. Lead data is shared only when the user provides explicit consent and only with the matched partner category.

Can agencies introduce sponsors?

Yes. The agency partner programme offers four commission models with written introduction requirements and PayslipIQ approval before commencement.

How are UK and Ireland kept separate?

UK calculations follow HMRC 2026/27 rules. Irish calculations follow Revenue 2026 rules including PRSI, USC, RPN and Employment Detail Summary fields. Irish users seeking employment-rights help are signposted to the Workplace Relations Commission and Citizens Information; UK users are signposted to HMRC and ACAS routes. Partner categories are matched to the correct region.
