Reporting a correction
Email corrections@payslipiq.co.uk with the page URL, the figure or sentence that looks wrong, and the source you believe is correct.
Our response timeline
- Within 1 working day: acknowledgement.
- Within 5 working days: a position — corrected, pushed back with reasoning, or longer timeline if a Budget review is pending.
- If we correct: page updated, last-reviewed date bumped, "Corrected" note added.
- If we disagree: we explain why and link the source we relied on.
Standard of correction
We correct factual errors, out-of-date thresholds and rates, broken or wrong links, and any worked example that does not reconcile.
